Kem has over 32 years experience in finance: including bank branch management, commercial lending, financial management and bookkeeping. She began her career in commercial banking before transitioning to Controller of a hospitality firm. During her 12 years as Controller, Kem was a results oriented leader responsible for all financial, legal and contractual transactions.
